Organic White Xarel lo
Our Xarel lo vineyards live by the sea, at low altitudes, just 45 meters above sea level. A "terroir" marked by calcareous minerality and salinity that defines our geographical area.
It is in these conditions that the Xarel lo shows itself as it is, a variety adapted to the summer heat and to the shallow calcareous soils characteristic of Garraf, but with the particularity of being very sandy soils, a vestige of the old beach that existed a long time ago. millions of years.
These peculiarities mean that it could be called “Grand Cru”, that is to say, a particular soil and different from the norm, where the minerality and the bitter nuances typical of the Xarel lo variety are sharpened.
The Cariñena vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 metres, on slightly deep, alkaline, slightly clayey and stony soils, where the sea cannot be seen, but can be heard.
Its south-east orientation marks both its solar exposure and the reception of the marinade. This warm air that comes from the sea is key to achieving balance in the duality between nose and mouth of our Coupage Parceres.

Our black Garnacha is located at an altitude of 330 meters, on moderately deep soils with the presence of clay and sand, alkaline and not very stony.
Its South orientation and the proximity of the forest, combined with the presence of the marinade marks its maturation. It has a special herbaceous and spicy character.
Our most continental variety, located at an altitude of 345 meters in the heart of Penedés, enjoys the right temperature contrast for its correct maturation. Cool summer nights alternated with hot mornings and pleasant sunsets marked by the marinade.
Facing South-West, these alkaline soils, slightly clayey and not very stony, are where our Tempranillo acquires that magical "fight" between acidity and sweet nuances.
