MORE THAN A STORY
“For generations, knowledge of the environment has been an essential part of the correct management of the agricultural products generated on the farm, from the production of grapes for winemaking, passing through the olive trees and ending with the melon orchard. A sometimes abstract and somewhat anarchic reality, where melons from the farm were eaten while harvesting, and at the same time tomatoes were harvested, a beautiful chaos where the manager was nature itself and the result was the tastes and aromas that the fruits have embedded in our memory.
We believe in the idea of the "Agro system", a natural environment made up of vineyards, forests and other traditional crops such as olive trees, carob trees and orchards. The hand of man acts as a bridge between the natural environment and the agricultural environment, practicing ecological and sustainable agriculture , it is only in this way that caring for the environment gives us a high diversity in different plant species that favor our pollinations, increases the health of the vineyard and balances the environment.
Mother Earth gives us a multitude of aromas, nuances and textures that come from the forest and the various crops, which we take advantage of to capture in our wines. In short, the agro-system and its high biodiversity favor both our wines and the different crops, and this is how we also resist climate change.
We want to pay tribute to our parents and grandparents who transmitted to us not only their love for the vineyard, but also a way of understanding what is now called sustainability.
